  • Clarify the Double Tax Avoidance Agreement (DTAA) rule between Sweden and another country for income earned abroad. Guide on reporting in Inkomstdeklaration 1.
  • Support in declaring AF Konto or Stocks held outside Sweden.

Receive guidance on how and where to fill in the data, and you fill in the details in Inkomstdeklaration 1.

STEP 3

The final decision for approval or rejection always rests with Skatterverket; our recommendation is based on the understanding of the tax law, tax treaty and our experience of helping expats in Sweden in previous years.

SERVICE 3: OPENING A COMPANY IN SWEDEN - ENSKILD FIRMA OR AKTIEBOLAG AB

90 minutes for 900 SEK

  • We assist individuals with comprehensive support, including online form completion, information on the distinctions between EF and AB, and guidance on the functioning of taxes, dividends, and salary options in AB and EF structures. If you would like advice about how to open your own company or assistance in taking next steps such as registration, this service is a good fit for you.
  • Initial Meeting: A 30-minute discussion to address queries, provide information, and provide a list of prerequisites to prepare in advance.
  • Second Meeting: A 45-minute to 1-hour session offering support for online form completion and approval processes with F/FA tax, VAT registration, etc.
  • The total service fee is 900 SEK for 1.5 hours. The initial meeting always lasts for 30 minutes and incurs a cost of 299 SEK, representing the first half of the payment. The second payment is due at the time of booking the second meeting.
  • Additional time required for activities like bank opening, presentations, SNI code acquisition, or exemption for EU residency requirements will be billed at 299 KR for every 30 minutes spent.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We emphasize the importance of respecting scheduled appointments. If you need to change the meeting time, let us know by email (Financialsweden26@gmail.com) up to 24 hours in advance. After the 24 hour period has passed, it is not possible to change the meeting time. 

If you miss the meeting or don’t show up, there won’t be a refund or meeting reschedule.

For a new meeting, you’ll have to make a new payment. Therefore, please make sure you attend the meeting on time.
